DJ KBO Legal Terms & Disclaimer: By booking or paying for DJ KBO services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event (Deposit amount and balance due date is subject to agreement between the DJ and Client). All deposits are non-refundable and cancellations made less than 30 days before the event require full payment of the total booking amount. DJ KBO will make every reasonable effort to provide professional services, however we are not liable for any damages, equipment failure, electrical issues, or performance problems. Client accepts all risk and liability related to the event. We do not always carry liability insurance and insurance may only be provided if specifically requested and paid for by the client days in advance. Client acknowledges that loud music may cause hearing damage, strobe/laser lights and disco ball reflections may trigger seizures or photosensitive reactions, fog/haze machines may cause breathing difficulties or respiratory issues, or set off fire suppression systems or smoke alarms and tripping or electrical shock hazards may exist to the Client and its guest and employees. Client assumes all responsibility for these risks and agrees to hold DJ KBO harmless for any injury, illness, or damage resulting from these effects. DJ KBO is not responsible for unintentional damage to electrical systems, outlets, breakers, or venue property. We make no guarantees regarding song selection, clean vs explicit content (as many songs contain explicit language in their original form), or the exact manner in which music is played. Client accepts that explicit content may be played even if clean music is requested. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJ KBO’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client. Client accepts all liability for any and all incidents, injuries, damages, or issues arising from the event. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. This document represents the entire agreement between the parties.

The Client knowingly, voluntarily, and irrevocably waives any and all rights to a trial by jury in any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this agreement or the services provided. Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida, rather than in a court of law.
